Episode 2 Interviewing Pamela Franklin How She Became A Health Coach
Pamela hated her job, could not sleep, had no energy and was in menopause. She went through a midlife crisis and thought her life was normal until she went for counseling and search for help from a health coach. As she was working through her personal development, she had learned to clear her self-doubt, reset her mindset. She realized unless her mind is healthy her body isn't healthy.
She lost 58 lbs, she had let go of everything that was holding her down in her soul. Her soul started to wake up and finally, she found her passion and purpose. Now, her purpose is to help people to heal their mindset. She knows she has a life impact, therefore she loves to wake up every day to meet people, and help change one mindset at a time.
MINDSET is your mental inclination, or a frame of mind. Your mindset is your collection of thought habits and beliefs that shape your ways of thinking and being. And your thought habits affect how you think, what you feel, and what you do.
